CTA: Liquid K2, a type of artificial cannabis that causes erratic behavior when smoked, is getting smuggled to inmates through the mail, sprayed on letters and web pages of books. This kind of K2 is far tougher to detect than regular leafy K2 products which glance much more like marijuana.
